The Statute sets up the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and its mandate.

• Establishment: the NCA was established by Royal Order 55775 dated 1/12/1438H (23 August 2017).
• Statute: approved by Royal Order 6801 dated 11/2/1439H (31 October 2017); amended by Royal Order 7053 dated 2/2/1443H (9 September 2021).
• Controls: the ECC, CCC and NCNICC are issued under Art 10(3).
• Enforcement powers: set separately in the NCA's Statutory Enablers (Royal Decree M/117, 22 December 2024), which do not amend the Statute.
